I'm Marsha Guerrier.
I'm dedicated to empowering women of color to overcome barriers and excel in business. By leveraging my 30+ years of expertise in business and technology, I work to close the racial equity gap.
My passion is helping women of color entrepreneurs build successful brands, create products and services that are in demand, and get access to the capital they deserve.

Women of color generate trillions in economic value and are systematically under-funded. We exist to correct that imbalance.
We do not believe in inspiration without infrastructure. The Data Suite system exists to give women a structured path, not a motivational poster.
The platform is built around the founders most often left out of traditional capital networks. That is not a feature. It is the foundation.
